- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When pricing a reoccurring I can usually give your rate. If it's a really large house, or special requirements I prefer a walk through. Deep or one time cleans and Move in/out are typically by the hour, but I will do a walk through to give an estimate on time. If you need removal its based on how much, I prefer to see.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain what we typically do. Then I ask what a new customer wants if I didn't list. I also like to know "pet peeves ". We want to leave each client satisfied. So we communicate until everything they want is done the way they want it done.
