Amado came out to give us our initial quote for the job. He was nice, personable, and quoted us a fair price. They were not the cheapest quote we received but I chose them for all the perks that come when using them. Carlos was our Forman for the job, anything we needed we communicated through Carlos. My Husband and I both enjoyed working with Carlos, he felt like family, absolutely a joy to work with. We still have more painting to do in our home. And we are without a doubt using FIVE STAR PAINTING for any future projects we have!

Mr Cano and his team were a blessing. We had an extremely bad paint job done by our builder and asked Five Star Painting to fix it. They went above and beyond to repair the walls, ceilings and trim and repaint it correctly. It's beautiful and the Five Star team were most pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

Amazing work. Five Star Painting went ABOVE and BEYOND for my family. They responded quickly, moved mountains to remove the popcorn from our ceiling in the time we needed it to be. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every painting project is unique, which is why we offer free, on-site estimates. Items like square footage, condition of the surface, prep work required, and amount of paint will all be taken into consideration to provide you with an exact price quote for your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will be taken through the entire process, including talking through the details and goals of your project, discussing paint colors, timelines, our 2-year warranty and expectations. Before the job is finalized, the Project Manager will take the customer on a “Five Star walk-through” to point out any areas requiring touch-ups.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Five Star Painting has national partnerships with leading paint manufacturers Sherwin Williams and Behr. These partnerships help Five Star Painting stay ahead of the competition on paint knowledge, new products and access to resources, such as color consultants.
