FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For pressure washing, it really depends on what is getting washed, whether or not chemicals are needed, and the size of the area. With flooring and tiling, area size, material cost, and prep work may be cost drivers. That is why I prefer to see the sight in person before offering a quote so that we can both be on the same page about what is needed and expected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a general conversation about what the customer needs and if possible see the area/space that I'll be working on in person before giving a quote. I know that is not always possible, so I will ask for pictures of the area and we can go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our training has come from previous jobs held and hands-on experience. I am currently working on professional licenses.
