I was thankful to find Barry with Stellarshield Roofing on thumbtack after meeting with most of his competition and them not being able to find a solution that suited my needs. He ensured the project happened in a timely manner, they did an excellent job cleaning up and were very nice to interact with. I would recommend calling them first, don't worry with anyone else.

After a summer hail storm I decided to get our roofinspected. I called Stellarshield Roofing and that week they came out to take a look and preform a no cost roofinspection. It was decided that my roof was pretty beat up and it was time to give insurance a call and file a claim. Insurance companies love dealing with Stellarshield because they trust their work and judgement. This was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a company. They were so thorough making sure that every part of our home was fixed properly before they painted. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discovery, meeting to discuss options, fact based recommendations, we reach an agreement (signed contract), initial collection of money (assuming replacement and not repair), performance of agreement, final walkthrough, final payment, zero balance invoice. This is the typical flow but it depends on the circumstances/solution that is best for the homeowner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education to stay relevant on the leading edge of roofing industry technology, processes and techniques. 5 years in the industry experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I analyzed the construction industry from within a small construction company and learned the intimate details of the process. With that knowledge I developed my process around allowing my homeowners to continue to live their busy lives while delivering a high level of service and high quality end result in a timely manner.
