- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based upon time spent performing the service and location of travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very simple process. Phone consult, to discuss need! Then we schedule a free in home consult, and I email the new client paperwork which we will discuss in more details on the in home consult.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with rescue groups doing behavioral consults, medical and basic training. I have also worked closely and hands on with many local vets. I've also taken CPR class in case of an emergency. Plus I pride myself with my knowledge of pet and pet care. And, I love to share my knowledge & opinions with my clients.
