Showed up during the time they said they would. I told the secretary we wanted to have our chimney cleaned and capped to protect against chimney swifts coming back to build their nest again. I was bummed the technician didnt have the mesh to cover the flew so chimney swifts couldnt get in and needed to come back.

Our standard gas fireplace & chimney sweep service starts at $159. Any additional parts or repairs are discussed with client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We educate our clients on their fireplaces best practice, clean & repair accordingly. Per the NFPA residential fireplaces should be inspected and serviced yearly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We educate our clients on the job sight with how to start, maintain and use their fireplaces safely thru the winter.
