TRM has built (3) decks and stairs, re-built my pier and boat-lift, renovated (3) bathrooms, re-plumbed my whole beach house, installed a water heater, (4) ceiling fans, Installed a French Door, re-worked my Electrical Panel. All the work has been excellent and professional!

Note: Each job is individually priced. Each job is different and unique based on the customers needs. I will thoroughly assess the job and provide all customers with a written estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally meet with the customer to discuss the job. I want to get as much input from the customer, their needs, wants, likes and dislikes. From there I assess the job taking measurements and determining the materials needed for the job. By gathering all of the information while onsite I am able to price materials needed to furnish a detailed estimate for the job. After I have completed the estimate I schedule another appointment with the customer to provide the written estimate, answer any questions and/or discuss changes they may want. If estimate accepted by customer, I then schedule a date to begin the job.
