There were four delays and postponements.

Mr. Plash I would like to sincerely apologize for the delays and postponements, the rain came in and delayed a couple days with the ground being wet he didn't want to come over then and mess up your ground while it was still saturated. Then with all that rain it backed us up on a few other jobs we had scheduled that had to get taken care of as soon as the rain was gone so again I do apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused you.

Mr. Clausell's company was very professional, very pleasant, listen to my request but advised what was best because I felt as though he actually cared about me as a customer and he and his team were punctual. I didn't have to sit around and wait for her arrived at the time he stated. His wife who runs the office was just as pleasant as her husband. I am having more work done by this company because of the performance and reliability they presented to me and I would recommend them to anyone.
