Each reservation is unique
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basically providing them information about our company through initial contact, then follow up and make reservations. Once reservation is made we confirm again with the customer at least 2 days before their event, and then again after the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are membets of Mobile Area Chamber Of Commerce. We are also affiliates with other party bus companies and we share ideals and concerns as they occur. I am also a member of a limousine forum where we discuss anything from customer services to what's current with the federal motor carriers.
