I am very pleased with Sophia’s work and her willingness to work with me on my schedule. She is very passionate about her job and she is very good at her work. The deep cleaning job was done in a way that I know how much she does and I appreciate that she respects my needs because I am allergic so many cleaning chemicals that she took time out to make sure I could handle what she used. Once she got done cleaning I was very pleased with the work and I definitely will be working with her again. I will be very happy to tell everyone about her.

I reach out to the customer to see if they are still interested in cleaning services. From there I like to have a conversation with them to see exactly what they want done and what’s their budget for the services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with people all my life so customer service is what I love. I am very good at taking notes on what’s needed and getting the job done.
