Mr. Tom was great! He provided excellent service and was able to find the issue with my exercise bike and completed the maintenance within a reasonable cost. He also gave good advice if issues arise following the maintenance. I was able to complete a ride on my bike without hearing any noises or issues for the first time in months! I have contacted Mr. Swarts a couple of different times for my exercise equipment. He broke down my treadmill for a move to a new resident and put it back together. He had previously put it together for me when I received it as well. He was always quick to respond and offer convenient scheduling. His work is of high quality. He's quick and friendly. I've been in the health and fitness industries for over 40 years, starting out as a gym owner, fabricating all of the equipment needed to get it open. Besides maintaining that equipment for 10 years, I spent the following 30 years maintaining and repairing equipment in the Montgomery area. I am certified as a fitness equipment technician through Star Trac, Nautilus, Stairmaster, Schwinn and more.
