Diligent Home Services lives up to their name! They worked very diligently to clean our rental property that had been left very dirty by the occupants. They were very professional and even removed furniture that had been left in the property. We highly recommend using this company, as we were more than pleased with their work!

Honesty, Pride in his company, & his customer service is unmatched. The owner values his word and on my first clean I left my home open to him alone, due to our work schedules. Rates are typically determined by the item in regards to assembly. Cleanings are dictated by size and condition of the home. Rates included are base rates with final rates being determined after inspecting the property.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I like to focus on is exactly what the customer wants. Once we have established that all efforts will be put into devising a plan that will allow those wants to be fulfilled in the most efficient manner possible without compromising the quality of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years experience assembling products, cleaning attics/garages, and properties.
