- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based off square footage for recurring services. For time services such as deep cleans we based that off of square footage, people, and pets in home. We offer Military Discounts also on all cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we book with our new clients for recurring services we set up a day that they prefer to have the cleaners come out and clean , we keep them on that day of the week unless it's a holiday. if the client needs to reschedule they can reach out by text or phone and we make arrangements for a better day for them. For our one time cleanings we find a date and time that's best for the client, and we offer all of clients the option to leave a key, be home during the service, or we can keep a spare key in office. We understand that people have other thing going on during their day and might can't be home.
