- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the number of pets, length of stay, and any special care needs. I do my best to keep it affordable while offering high-quality, home-based care. I may offer discounts for extended stays or multiple pets—just ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a quick conversation or message to learn about your pet’s personality, needs, and routine. If it’s a longer stay, I may recommend a short meet-and-greet first. From there, we’ll confirm details, schedule, and make sure you feel good about everything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve cared for animals all my life, including dogs, cats, birds and chickens. I also worked in a veterinary-connected role, and I’m confident administering medications, working with senior pets, and spotting when something’s not quite right. I’ve always had a natural way with animals—they feel safe around me.
