- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price using FLAT FEES. We DO NOT charge hourly pricing. The customer is entitled to a one way trip. If the customer needs an extra trip, we will happily discount the price of subsequent trips. Our pricing is : 10ft truck - $150 + $5/mile 15ft truck - $300 + $4/mile 20ft truck - $450 + $4/mile 26ft truck - $600 + $3/mile
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer can select from any of our 4 relocation packages. 10ft truck (starting from $150), 15ft truck (starting from $300), 20 ft truck (starting from $450) or 26ft truck (starting from $600). We can suggest which option we infer would be most suitable, but the final decision is always up to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our 4 man team has a combined total of 20 years of professional moving experience. Our truck driver has an extensive range of driving experience, up to LHS truck driving for the US Military. Our movers have hands on experience with various kinds of relocations as well. They have coordinated or worked on relocations as far as 1,500 miles, moved items as heavy as pianos, pool tables, vending machines & safes, and are experienced with difficult terrains, stairs & hills.
