FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to earnestly get to know my customers. At least to the level, I can understand their desired end state for their project. Only then, can I provide the best recommendations to meet their needs. Many times, the customer may be better off another route and that’s ok. I want to be thought of as a contractor who desires to find solutions to a problem, even if that doesn’t involve my service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
😀 Funny story. I enjoy woodworking and as I was getting close to retiring from the Air Force, I bought a small stump grinder for a side business to support my woodworking hobby. The business really took off and now am able to do both, with both being equally enjoyable.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You should know that there are a ton of honest and reliable contractors in the River Region, most of whom are also properly licensed and insured. With that in mind, there are an equal amount of contractors who lack ethics and therefore some you may not be satisfied with. Do your research on who you choose to serve your needs.
