- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will give a customer a quote over the phone or message, but I absolutely provide free quotes in home as well, we will go over details of your requested service. Some clients have an idea of what they want so we review a plan. Other clients don't know where to begin but just want it fixed, and just leave it to me to make my own plan and create a beautiful space.
