John is a very honest man. You can tell he is going to stick to his word and do a service to the best of his abilities. I had contacted another pro to do sine work for my mom. That pro left her floor exposed and was sporadic with conversations in the process. I called John he quoted me a price, stuck to the price although the work was rough for him to do alone. John came in and replaced the subfloor the day after I called him to ensure my mom was safe. His price is reasonable, he works hard, and hid personality leaves you feeling confident in choosing his business for the job.
