- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge my customers for parts that I purchase from third party vendors and for the labor/hr. Also, for customers that prefer me to travel to them, I normally charge them $0.55/mil for mileage. Some tasks like setting up wireless networks, I try to set a fixed pricing system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new hire, I typically like to get to know them to learn a little bit about their background. Try to make them fill as comfortable as possible to try and build up a trustworthy bond. I then get a contact number from them or email to keep them alert on the job. Next, I go over my pricing scheme and outline anything you may or may not be held liable for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems. I also have my CompTIA A+ Certification.
