I’ve never been attracted to lifting weights or just gym in general, until I noticed the need to transform my body and get healthy. Wang helped me to grow a habit of going to gym and work my butt off, he pushes me like I’m a friend and not a client, and also I feel like being put into consideration because my training regime is unique to any other programs I’ve tried in the past.
