- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is getting to know the client, understand his/her habits, diet, medical history, and goals. Without those I would not be able to create a plan to suit personal needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I developed a passion towards physical training when I was playing sports. I think that not only physical results were achieved, but training is mentally rewarding as well.
