My work experience with Rolando Medrano was awesome. The job entailed putting down hardwood flooring. The quality of the work was very impressive and done with precision . We had them come and do a deep cleaning as well as steam clean the carpets and polish hardwood floors. The job was done extremely well and the pricing was reasonable for the quality of the work done. I will definitely plan to use them again!

I was looking for someone to clean my house. What I got most assuredly pleasantly surprised me. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath house, with living room, dining room and kitchen in Cahaba Heights. A fairly modest living arrangement. It needed cleaning and I ran across Jennifer's page and contacted her and my problem was solved. Her rates were more than reasonable, I wouldn't have done it for that. She ended up cleaning my baseboards, cleaned my carpet in the bedroom, mopped that kitchen and waxed the dining room floor. Cleaned the windows and of course, dusted everything that could be dusted. Truly outstanding work. I thought it might be just a one time deal, but I liked it so much I've decided to make it a regular treat. I strongly recommend Jennifer for anyone in need. She was prompt, efficient, friendly, cordial and polite and her work was fantastic.

pete has been on time everyday,and has done everything he said he would do. he has a lot of knowledge he has done log siding for me wood floors, gutters, Sheetrock, electrical, plumbing and some metal roofing, painting& tarnish work. he has a world of knowledge and does a really good job too. he did not cut any corners. I am well pleased with the job he is doing at my house and I would recommend him with know problem if he says he can do the job he can. Thanks Pete for a great job
