- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are Insurance Repair Contractors so most of the time your roof cost is paid for by your Insurance Carrier. We provide free inspections for Storm Damage and we handle the claim for you! We are here to help!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we inspect your roof and find storm damage, we will contact the Insurance Carrier and file a claim. We can meet with the adjuster and go over all the damages so that your home or business is repaired to it's pre-storm condition. We use the same format as the Insurance Companies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30yrs experience in the Construction industry and 26yrs in the Insurance Claims industry. State of Alabama: Home Builder license #25720 and Insurance Adjuster #0059545.
