- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some may say my pricing system is complex. I prefer to call it "custom". I give a realistic idea of what you should expect to pay for each service I provide and where each dollar goes. By operating in this manner I find that I am able to provide better services in a more cost effective way. Plus, at any point should you need to add or remove services, you can easily see how this will affect your pocketbook. However if a custom cleaning plan isn't for you, I also offer several cleaning packages for a flat rate.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
References are everything! Anyone can self-promote, only quality people can provide references to back it up.
