- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will increase in January 2026 — secure your Board & Train spot now before the rates go up! A 10% deposit is required to reserve your slot, and full payment is due at drop-off. For your convenience, we also offer flexible payment plans through Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation, offered either virtually or in person at my home. If you choose an in-person session, you’re welcome to bring your dog. Once we determine that my program is the right fit for you and your dog’s needs, we’ll move forward with reserving your training slot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent over a year—and continue to do so—mentoring under Jeff Gellman of Solid K9 Training, a professional dog trainer with more than 20 years of experience. Jeff is highly regarded for his work with reactivity, aggression, and reliable obedience. I am also currently enrolled in Garret Wing’s Trainer Academy and am on track to earn my certification by February 2026.
