- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my pricing is honest, fair and straight forward with no hidden costs. I explain everything that will be done labor wise and what materials will be needed. My prices are for labor only, but can assist the customer with materials if need be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know our customers in a professional and friendly manner and get an idea of what type of project they are looking for.. Depending on the size of the project and determining budget, we try our best to get our customers the most bang for their hard earned money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always been very handy all of my life, doing remodels and construction with my uncle since I was about 13. For the past 5 years I have been working with professional floor contractors that are some of the best in the business, installing all types of floor and wall tiles, backsplashes, custom showers, hardwood floors, laminate floors and carpet as well. I was trained by 30 and 40 year professionals. I am also a certified Schluter installer, which IMO the best tile installation and waterproofing products on the market. Certified 10/17
