- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is specific to the scope of work in our proposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will make sure we know what the customer is looking for by getting a short job description that way we know we can do the work. Once we know, we will set up a date & time to meet at their property and get all the information we need to get an estimate sent back. This usually take 24-48 hrs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands-on-training and online training platforms.
