- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients pay me for the shoot as quoted, the retainer fee, and/if any for additional services. As for proofs, prints, package prints, 5x5 and 8x8 bordered proofs, proof books, albums, adhesive mount albums, unit prints, canvas, fine art, fabric wall clings, bamboo panel mounts, framed prints, mounting services, metal prints, metal collage floats, press printing, 5x5, 5x7, business, & folded mod cards, ornaments, or tags, press albums & covers, press books, covers, & papers, eco proof books, accordion booklets, CD/DVD folios, image & album boxes, 4x8 accordion books, and press booklets are set at ProDPI Photo Lab prices. Client pays me Pro DPI's full amount for the orders, once received and deposited into business account purchase is then made with ProDPI and paid to ProDPI for their services of the orders. This also does include shipping. Orders can be shipped directly to me (client can come pick it up or I can bring it to them) or clients can choose to have their orders delivered directly to them within normally 1-3 business days (pending upon an order/package for example such as the canvas packages, they may take up to 7-10 business days). If anyone wishes to see a price list, feel free to ask and one will receive a price list by mail, email, and/or clients and I can meet up at a preferred location to view the catalog together.

As so I can stay up to date with what the services Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom has to offer, I watch videos on the how to's about their current updates, offers, and features.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have performed shoots for boudoir, glamour, maternity, prom, and even events.
