- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the type of project that we have. We take into consideration what the clean will entail, how many team members are needed, the time to complete the project and the difficulty involved in getting the project done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally speak with our clients over the phone but for the extremely large cleaning projects, especially those that involve a junk removal as well as a clean, we will have a walkthrough. We typically ask what level of cleaning the client expects and we also inform our clients that we are cleaners and that our projects take several hours to complete. We are that thorough!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We trained to use the professional equipment that we use in our cleans and we have ongoing training. All of our team members are trained in proper cleaning techniques and how to properly use and maintain all equipment.
