- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically I have a 4 hour minimum for the project. I have a small travel fee if over 25 miles from Fayetteville. Projects can be from 4 hours and up. For larger projects, we can discuss a set price rather than an hourly price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process for working with a new customer is for us to visit over the phone to discuss their needs and then meet to discuss the job location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually have a bachelor of science degree in business and marketing, have been a business owner and grew tired of corporate world.
