Career Academy Certifications: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician, CompTIA A+ Certified, CompTIA Network+ Certification, Monitoring and Operating a Private Cloud with System Center 2012, Installing and Configuring Windows 7 (R3), ICND1 - Interconnecting Cisco Networking Device. It's up to the Tech to stay informed about changes to technology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was a kid my brother brought home a computer.I used to sit down and open it up and look at the inside hardware.It was a tube computer.I was shocked a little so right there I decided to know what a computer was and how to handle it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Operating System changes like upgrading them or reformatting their computer.Some customers like games or certain software added to their computers.I make sure that they have all that they ask for with some software free of charge.
