- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My company strives to offer competitive pricing. We have a referral program also, in which after you have referred so many potential customers to us we provide you a discount on a service. We also offer a 10% Military discount on residential properties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get on a name to name basis, then the customer takes it from there on describing what they need done, and I do my best to help however I can.
