- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. On average initial fee for deep clean is $100-$125. After that it varies according to house size and pets plus extra work needed rates are about $25 per hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First interview with a customer so I can get to know them and they get to know me and then if they decide to hire me I asked him for a list of what they would like for me to do what type of cleaners they would like to use or if I need to bring my own and after I am done I asked him to review my work if there's any discrepancies I will be more than happy to oblige at no extra cost of course.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an education in another field I am still in college and has nothing to do with the cleaning industry but nonetheless I have learned what it takes to have good customer service skills and to keep customers happy and run a successful business.
