- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Business Development Manager and Onboarding Specialist are specialized in walking through our onboarding process. We will listen to all of your concerns and work with you to make sure your home is rented quickly and to the right people! Getting your property clean, ready, and rented out is our specialty. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Business Development Managers are licensed in Real Estate and live locally so they are experts in rental prices and requirements in Fort Smith and the River Valley. We operate under a Broker and many of our employees are local property owners so you are in good hands!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been in Business since 2011 and are a franchise of the largest property management company in the United States. As a franchise, we have access to many resources of a big company with the care and knowledge of a local business.
