- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, so pricing is based on the scope of work, materials selected, accessibility, and existing site conditions. We provide detailed estimates and explain the work included before construction begins. There are no hidden fees. If additional work is discovered after construction starts, we discuss it with the customer and obtain approval before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation and inspection to understand the project goals and evaluate existing conditions. We then provide a detailed estimate outlining the recommended work and materials. Once approved, we schedule the project, order materials, and complete the work according to manufacturer requirements and applicable building codes. Throughout the process, we maintain clear communication and keep customers informed of progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team stays current with manufacturer installation requirements, building code requirements, and industry best practices. We maintain the required Arkansas roofing registration, appropriate licensing, and insurance for the services we provide. We regularly work with roofing, siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, and exterior repair projects throughout the River Valley and surrounding areas.
