- What types of customers have you worked with?
We specialize in housecleaning. Our most common accounts are high-end houses in the Jonesboro and surrounding areas. Our current customers also use our service for window cleaning and power washing. We also clean numerous office buildings and complexes. Many offices that we service started with our cleaning the owners home and then being asked to clean their offices. Due to the tremendous influx of people moving to the Jonesboro area, we have recently added relocation assistance to the list of services that we provide. This offers a much needed service to people new to the area.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1. Look for a legitimate company that is licensed, bonded and insured. Without these you have no recourse if there are problems with the job. 2. Look for a company that provides a background check on all cleaners. Anyone can say that they are an honest person but a background check will confirm this. 3. Check references. 4. Have everything agreed upon in writing. A signed contract is a protection to both the company and the client. 5. Make sure the company provides worker's compensation insurance on all employees.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That we are a professional service. Our company is licensed, bonded and insured. We pay all required state and federal taxes, workers' compensation for our employees and meet all state and federal laws. Our cleaners are well trained and hard working. Together we strive to provide the client with an honest, reliable and courteous cleaning service.
