Excellent trainer. Jamie was prompt to our meeting in our home. Spent about three hours with us. Checked on our situation a few days later. It is the human that actually needs to be trained. The dog figures it out pretty quick. We have three jumping, chewing and mess making dogs. Jamie gave us excellent instruction. If you want your dogs to stop jumping on you, call her.

Details: 6 - 12 months old • Medium (26 - 40 lbs) • Private lessons • Aggressive behavior modification • Leash pulling • Barking • Digging • Chewing • Destructive behavior • My home, venue, etc.

I have a naughty little pug that suffers from separation anxiety, poor behavior on a leash, and the fairly frequent not eating due to stress. After our training sessions I began implementing the techniques Jamie showed us. The first thing we practiced was personal space. I don’t let her sit on me all the time and make her wait until she is calm to get love when I came home. Of all of the training this technique made the most positive impact on my little Zuri. She is more confident and calm when I leave and return. The eating issues were also resolved after training tips from Jamie. The leash training took some time and patience but after the training zuri and I worked everyday on this. Now I have a proper pooch at the end of my leash. She no longer pulls or chases other dogs. She patiently waits for them to pass and follows my commands. She does still take her sweet time finding a place to do her business, but we can live with that. 😃 Overall this training program gives you all the bang for your bucks. The best part is when new issues creep up with my fur baby I can reach out to Jamie for help. She is responsive and patient. If there is something she is not sure about she reaches out to colleagues for help and gets back to you with suggestions. She has been wonderful training both me and my little Velcro dog. Thanks Jamie and keep up the good work!!

Awwh! Thank you for sharing your experience, Jamie! I love your little Miss Zuri and I'm glad she's being a proper pooch! It's hard to believe she was one to chase other dogs. =) I guess she thought she was bigger than she really was, back then. :-) Keep up the good work and please reach out if you need anything. Give Zuri my love. xoxo

Jamie loves dogs and is very passionate about making homes happy for both dogs and people! She is friendly and accommodating, goes above and beyond in looking after dogs, and helped in making our dorgi (Dachshund/Corgi mix) more cooperative and our recently adopted Belgian Malinois puppy more confident and outgoing. I highly recommend Jamie for both dog-sitting and training!

Jamie helped train our dog Dozer. He’s a 115 pound Bullmastiff and would pull on his leash during walks. Since he weighs so much, it was hard to keep him controlled on walks. I was nervous to take him while pushing our two daughters in a stroller or pulling them in a wagon. Jamie worked with him and he’s so much better on walks now! He does not pull and stays appropriately close to us. I’d definitely recommend her services.

I am so fascinated with the work Real Time Dog Training (Jamie) has done with my pups. My Male (9 year old boxer) is still as hyper as the day we brought him home as a pup. He has major separation anxiety, which means he likes to get into anything and everything he can reach, and absolutely has to lead the way on walks. He's definitely one to pull on the leash! Jamie has been patient yet firm with training and it has made a world of difference. I guess the saying, "you can't teach and old dog new tricks" doesn't apply to my big guy. I will definitely be referring Real Time Dog Training to all pup parents I come across that can benefit from Jamie's knowledge and love for all fur babies. THANK YOU!!!!!
