- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
it is based off the time it takes for me to complete the job and the amount of quality material I need to insure that the customer is making a sound investment into their future happiness. cheap products and services are just that cheap and not all the best way for you to make solid purchase for the future happiness that they desire and deserve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will sit down and talk budget with them first then we will discuss what the cost will be for you and the project along side the projected time for completion of the project once all the small details are smoothly handled and the customer is aware of the cost I usually send a budget summary for the project and the items needed so that they get what the expected for the money they are willing to spend.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always been good with my hands while working. so there in when I come into the trades I fell in love with the work and outside of the military time I have been doing construction and handy work all my life. I learned along the way from my grandfather and also decker college.
