Introduction: Hi! I'm Dave and I started Daves RockCity Home Renovations to help you with whatever repair or project you have in mind! Whether you are needing major Home repairs or just a little help around the house I'm your guy! I have worked in Residential and Commercial construction for over 15 yrs in Little Rock and I want to work for you! I take great pride in my work and my work ethics and I hope to show you that! I believe in great communication with my customer's and with that I will give you great quality work! I've lived in LR my entire life, raised my children here, and all of my friends and family are here. Dave was very responsive and came ASAP, he checked 4 appliances and did a couple small things to get them in top shape, and only charged me the service call amount. Others were charging about the same, but per appliance. Dave was friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommend.

I won't be able to say enough great things about Dave but I'll hit the highlights. I reached out to him to see if he was available in (only) 2 days. He was and agreed to take on my small shed assembly. Others said it took about 4-5 hours to put the shed together but he had a hunch it would take longer and...he was right. He worked until it was dark then came back the next day after working another job. He didn't have quite enough daylight on Sat to finish the build-out so he returned Sunday morning to finished the job. To our surprise, the doors didn't close flush as they should have. We followed the instructions perfectly and it looked great but we couldn't understand the problem. I wrote to the seller and they recommended we overlap the panels and the door frames. I texted Dave about this tweak and, as promised, he came back to fix it. It worked! I said all that to say he was committed to the project! He made himself available when I needed him. He's a hard worker and a very good sport. He didn't take smoke breaks or 'runs to the hardware store' if you know what I mean. Am very happy with the outcome. Thanks, Dave!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge $65 an hour for small projects with a 2 hour minimum but large projects are usually priced by the job rather than an hourly rate
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After proper introductions I begin by asking what kind of project they have in mind. Then I will inquire on specifics (i.e. time frame, material purchases, etc...) Once the job is started we will both be on the same page and I will give them the quality of work they are wanting!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have the best training for home construction/Renovating...On The Job Training. I have worked in this field for over 20 years and I have worked with and learned from some greatly skilled people.
