Introduction: Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning is not a steam cleaner. We use a different process which leads to the use of less water. Oxi also doesn't use large hoses that keeps the front door open. The biggest difference is we are kid and dog friendly and have a ONE HOUR DRY TIME.

Incredibly awful experience with Oxi Fresh in Little Rock. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this using this company to ANYONE. I initially called Oxi Fresh to have my sofas cleaned. I found their information in the yellow pages, and chose them because of their chemical free cleaning process. First, the man who came to clean was two hours late, and proceeded to stick around for another three hours. That would be great if he actually cleaned my entire sofa, but he only cleaned one fully, and half of the other. Thank goodness for this, or I would have two ruined sofas. After the cleaning process dried, I noticed huge brown watermarks on the sofa he fully cleaned. I called him back to let him know that the sofa looked much dirtier than before, and he suggested that I call another company. So, I called another upholstery cleaning company, and they let me know that the fabric was ruined and nothing else could be done. Next, I called the owner of Oxi Fresh; he came over to look and told me that he would not give me more than $400 for my $5000 sofa that his company ruined. I am extremely disappointed in this company’s lack of professionalism & not taking any responsibility of their wrongdoing. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. (See pictures)
