- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a sit down meeting going over clients wants, needs, and dreams. If its a renovation, this meeting is usually followed by measuring the existing house or structure. Then within a few weeks we present our first preliminary plan design. And the process continues with feedback from the client going back and forth until we get it where the client loves it, hopefully. It can be quite collaborative between designer and client at times. Sometimes the client has better ideas and vice versa. Our goal is to get to a design that is better than the client was hoping for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Arkansas and worked for architecture firms for 24 years before starting Full House.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with contractors building spec houses, contractors that have specific clients, house flippers, and directly with home owners.
