FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love working with new customers! I am people person and truly interested in there story. Everyone has a life story which potentially has so much knowledge and information about the customer enabling me to uncover what it is that I might can to really wow this new customer and turn into a lifetime friend who happens to use me as there service provider. I have Mrs.Ida a window who is 78 she had only lost her husband 5 months before she contacted us for pressure washing her house. I learned she couldn't have kids and they never adopted. She herself was adopted she has no family that she knows of and is all alone in this big ol house depressed. She talked to me and I listened and I talked back for 3hrs when I delivered my estimate which is usually 10min tops ordeal. She hadn't had no one too really talk to since he pasted just few friends that don't care enough to answer her phone call to just listen for a while. Next day we get there she is dressed up nice because never has company and she had smilies on her face she talked to my wife and hugged her 4 times just because we listened. Usually I don't like when a customer follows me around talking while I'm trying work but this time during 6hrs it took I enjoyed it and learned a lot for Mrs. Ida who we regularly stop by a visit with when we are in that area and she calls my wife couple times week just to talk & my wife calls her to talk some days just because we care about our clients who turn into friends.
