- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My labor runs $60 an hour with a two hour minimum; provided I can fix the problem. There can be a mileage charge depending on the distance I need to travel. I do charge mileage even if I can't resolve the issue at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading and using a test computer to learn new procedures and techniques.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My first computer was a Tandy 1000sx. That was in the early 80's and I haven't looked back. If I haven't touched a computer during a day, I must be sick.
