- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Columbus Home Solutions is a remodeling company focused on quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and long-lasting results. We are not typically the lowest bid, and we don’t try to be. Our pricing reflects the time, planning, skill, and attention to detail required to do the job right. We provide clear estimates and walk clients through the scope so they understand what is included, what could affect pricing, and how we approach changes along the way. Our goal is to avoid surprises and build trust through transparency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process usually starts with a conversation to understand the project, your goals, your timeline, and the level of finish you are looking for. From there, we determine whether the project is a good fit and may schedule an on-site visit to look at the space in more detail. After that, we prepare an estimate or proposal, review the scope with you, and answer any questions before moving forward. Once the project begins, we focus on communication, cleanliness, and craftsmanship from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on remodeling, carpentry, and custom craftsmanship. We have worked across a wide range of residential remodeling projects and understand the importance of both the visible finish work and the behind-the-scenes details that make a project last. We continue to improve our craft through real project experience, product knowledge, building practices, and a commitment to doing things the right way rather than the fastest or cheapest way.
