Dee is on top of it, got back to me in less the 5 minutes of sending a request for service, he came out to do the quote the next day and gave me a detailed quote with the cost breakdown. As soon as we sent our deposit he had us scheduled, he and his team showed up promptly in the morning measured things out and double checked with us that it was what we wanted before they stated digging. They came prepared and they even filled a little hole in our back yard with some left over concrete, so nice and knowledgeable.

Just WOW ! He anticipated the visit to take me out of problems changing two very ancient shutoff valves in a very awful spot ! ! Went "above and beyond" the duty trying to find some parts, exceptional. Incredibly nice person, will call him again !! Thank you !!!
