John was very professional. He rearranged his schedule due to a no-show that I'd made an appointment with. He did raise the original quoted price due to the nature of my situation, which I expected. I should have booked with him originally. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star revue was because a small portion of the job scope was not completed. This was due to 3 of his 5 crew walking off the job which was out of his control or mine. Again. He and his wife are lovely individuals and I should have booked them originally.
