Pros were great! They showed up on time. Protected my furniture. I would use them again. They were very polite. During the trip stayed in touch with us by texting. Moving estate was great. Total bill was same as the estimate.

Stop looking: hire Stone Brook. This was the first time I’ve hired movers and I cannot recommend Stone Brook enough. I actually felt happy to give them my money. I initially reached out on Thumbtack and received a phone call (not just message) within 5 minutes! Day of move: they showed up early and within 6 minutes of the schedule start time (seriously) were already hauling things out to their truck. They started at 10:30 and by 2:00 my entire apartment had been packed, moved to the new location, hauled up THREE flights of stairs, and DONE. Major bonus: I didn’t have to unpack any drawers. They hauled my extremely heavy oak dresser completely full without a complaint. The entire time the movers were focused, courteous, and working hard. Not a moment was wasted. Not an item was broken or missing. 10/10 will absolutely hire again when I move next. Thank you!
