- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With one phone call, text or email we can set up a time to meet and pick up all information needed to complete taxes. Forms may also be emailed, mailed or faxed. Once completed the client will be contacted and the returns will be reviewed and then filed. Depending on the depth of information the process can take from 48-72 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
