We operate a Property management company. I first met Roddy working on a Beam replacement issue at one of our commercial properties. It was a Southwest design structure with stucco and arches. Several arches were collapsing due to wood beam rot. Roddy was very considerate of the business in the unit directly in front of the work area and accommodated them the best he could in keeping the site free from debris and material. He removed the rotted beam, replaced with the correct type of beam structure, replaced the stucco and paint. The job he preformed was high quality, the structured framing was a vast improvement over what was previously there. He was conscious of what caused the original problem and replaced them beam in a way to deter any further damage due to moisture. He also did a great job in his final finish work matching the stucco texture and color. I had kept his number and came across it while looking for some maintenance help. I called him and he agreed, so I sent Roddy out to replace a ceiling fan at a unit. After the work was completed I contacted tenant to assess repair. She said he was very kind and friendly, he worked fast and left no mess. I immediately called him after that and sent him to replace a garbage disposal. I also did a tenant assessment call there as well. The tenant expressed how quickly after the call he showed up, he was very polite and professional. He was tentative to other issues and repaired an outlet as well. I would definitely recommend Roddy, he is a well rounded craftsman in various trades it appears and a trustworthy, timely and friendly individual as well.

Roddy Little worked in my home for several months. He built a deck and stairs, found and repaired extensive water damage to sunroom doors and windows, removed sunlight and repaired roof and ceiling. His workmanship is excellent. I would definitely recommend him and will hire him again in the future.

Great work! Roddy and his team repaired a botched crown molding job throughout the common areas of a rent house. While at it he repaired some plaster damage he noticed in the ceiling. Looks great, fair price, and the tenants said he was fun to work with. We’ll call you again, Roddy!
