You'll get the owner of the company doing the work in your office or home, not a commission earning employee like most carpet cleaners. And our low moisture process isn't going to fill your home with harsh chemicals and dozens of gallons of soapy water. Meeting all kinds of new people all over Northwest Arkansas and taking on the thousands and thousands of challenging spots and spills we come up against every year. Also, surprising people by being on time. We don't do "window appointments" where we say we'll between 10 and noon. If we say 10:00 we ring your doorbell at 10:00. It's amazing how easy it is for us to be on time, but apparently other companies have a hard time with this.
