Need somebody to watch your pet while your gone? I can be that person. I do have references.
The average stay just for a day at a kennel is about $19 and a half day (5 hours or less) is $13. The average amount for overnight (boarding).
Small dog: $20-25 plus tax
Large dog: $22-28 plus tax
Ex-large dog: $ 25-32 plus tax
These prices are just for the stay. The fees for walking, grooming, playtime, and giving medications arent even in the price!
Some kennels even have a policy that if your pet does not eat or drink in more than 24 hours, they call your vet. If they have to entice the pet to eat, they will charge you more to feed them special items. If kennels have this as a part of their policy, what do you think this says? It says that a lot of dogs do not eat or drink while in their care. The reason for that is stress and anxiety for your pet and of course now you too.
My (Ashley Mooney) pricing is:
Small dogs: $11 daily and $13 overnight.
Large dogs: $13 daily and $16 overnight
Ex-large dogs: $16 daily and $18 overnight
Cats: $10. I do have references if needed.
Daily and overnight service includes feeding, water, take outside, playtime and lots of love and care. If I do need to give medication to the pet, I will add that also (for free).
If I need to come over more than two times a day, add extra $2 to the daily price. Nothing extra if I'm staying overnight. Have any other pet that needs to be taken care of? I will also do that.
At least with me you're getting:
* Loving care for all your pets

* Refresh litter boxes daily
* Necessary medications
* Outdoor walks and play
* Cuddle time and sweet talk
* Lots of love and attention
